To ensure your meeting is as productive as possible, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions: 

What you can expect from us during this meeting: 

• An initial review and discussion of any existing estate planning documents you may have
• Discussion about your current estate planning wishes and intentions 
• General advice on the suitability of your current estate planning arrangements
• Exploration of general estate planning options and considerations for creating any required new documents
• Following your estate planning health check, we will provide you with a quote for any recommended estate planning documents. If you wish us to assist you further, we can arrange an additional meeting to obtain your further instructions. We will also provide you with a list of any additional information we require 

What this meeting is not suitable for: 

• Advice regarding the estates of other people
• Legal guidance on complex issues that cannot be thoroughly addressed within the 15-minute session. This includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Intricate dynamics in blended family situations 
  • Advice on trusts and business succession planning 
  • Advice in relation to overseas assets
  • Advice about claims against estates
• Preparation or drafting of any estate planning documents during the initial health check

What you need to do: 

• Complete and return our Estate Plan Health Check Questionnaire prior to our meeting. This will help us understand your situation and make the most of our time together. We will send this to you following your initial booking
• Provide copies of any existing estate planning documents you have. This includes your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Appointment of Medical Decision Maker, and any other relevant legal documents
