Prepare
Once we have your instructions and copies of any relevant documents (such as trust deeds or constitutions) we will begin preparing your draft documents.
Review
We will send your draft documents with an explanatory letter. Now is the time to check that the documents align with your wishes and discuss any amendments.
Sign
When you are happy with your documents, we will guide you through the signing process to make sure all requirements for valid documents are complied with.
